The 31-year-old, who appeared in both The Bachelor and I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here!, said her confidence took a hit after appearing in the spotlight.

“Being in the spotlight, you focus more on those things you want to change,” she told New Weekly.

“My nose and breasts were the two other things I’ve wanted to have done for 10 years. I’ve always wanted to get done, but being in this industry just forced me to get it done in a more prompt manner.

“I feel nervous a lot … If you go out you pretty much get ambushed. I keep to myself a lot more now. “

“You’ve got people taking photos of you randomly and you’ve got to look good from all angles, so it’s extra pressure.”

Maguire, who failed to win over Richie Strahan in The Bachelor after he chose single mum Alex Nation, said she was done with surgery for now.

“That’s it for now. I’m done when it comes to that,” she told the glossy magazine.
