TARA Reid has attracted a lot of attention over the years for her incredibly shrinking figure.

And she’s sparked concern again after walking the red carpet for the Little Boy premiere in Los Angeles looking worryingly thin.

The 39-year-old wore a strapless pink top and matching skirt — but looked swamped by the outfit as it hung off her tiny, gaunt frame.

She sparked concern recently after she was snapped at the beach.

She sparked concern again earlier this month after she was photographed by paparazzi in her bikini at the beach.

Tara recently denied any health issues, telling TMZ that she’s “just a small boned girl”.

She’s also admitted in the past to undergoing liposuction, saying the procedure had left her body looking out of shape.

“I got lipo because even though I was skinny, I wanted — I’m not going to lie — a six pack,” she said.

“I had body contouring, but it all went wrong. My stomach became the most ripply, bulgy thing.”
