Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause dating Aussie singer G Flip

This surprise celebrity pairing has just been confirmed: A star of Netflix’s glam reality show Selling Sunset is dating Aussie Triple J fave G Flip.

US reality star Chrishell Stause has publicly confirmed recent rumours that she’s in a relationship with Australian singer-songwriter G Flip.

Multi-platinum-selling singer G Flip, who is non-binary and uses they / them pronouns, first sparked romance rumours with Selling Sunset star Stause when they were pictured looking cosy together in a photo Stause posted to her Instagram back in March.

Stause, 40, confirmed the relationship with 27-year-old G-Flip in the recent reunion episode of Selling Sunset, which airs on Netflix.

“You guys just saw me have this serious relationship, and I hope to have a family, but I’ve also taken off some of the pressure on myself. I’m just kind of enjoying right now and having a lot of fun, and dating,” she said in the special.

Fans of the show had previously watched her five-month relationship with Selling Sunset co-star Jason Oppenheim play out on screen.

“I recently have been spending a lot of time with someone that’s very important to me. Their name is G Flip. They’re nonbinary, so they go by they/them. And they are an extremely talented musician,” she continued.

“Listen, you don’t get to choose where to meet someone. You don’t choose where you meet someone in your life. Recently, I’ve met someone who is in a different place in their life as well.”

Stause also opened up about how the somewhat unlikely relationship – a Melbourne-born Triple J favourite and a Los Angeles actress turned real estate agent turned reality star – came about. She will appear in the soon-to-be-released music video for G Flip’s upcoming single Get Me Outta Here – and the pair reportedly even share a kiss in the clip.

“It started because I was just going to be in their video. And it’s about this chaotic love story,” she said. “I come from soaps. I love acting. And with the job that we have, I don’t always get to do it. At first of course I was like, ‘Yes, let’s do that.’”

The loved-up pair were photographed kissing in an LA nightclub this week. They’ve also flirted openly on social media: In a recent Instagram post, G Flip referred to themselves as a “gender smoothie” – to which Stause commented, “The most perfect blend” along with a heart emoji.

Their relationship appears pretty serious, with People Magazine reporting the couple are already living together in Chrishell’s LA house.

Former Days of our Lives star Chrishell was previously married to fellow soap actor Justin Hartley from 2017 to 2021. Before that, she was engaged to Glee star Matthew Morrison in 2006.
