FORMER Home and Away star Samara Weaving has claimed leaked nude of her are fakes.

A series of raunchy selfies appeared on notorious website Celeb Jihad claiming to be the niece of acting legend Hugo Weaving.

The Aussie was the latest victim of the site which has recently published explicit photos claiming to be of A-listers including Amanda Seyfried, Miley Cyrus and Emma Watson.

While her father Simon Weaving revealed her Facebook was hacked in the past, he yesterday said his daughter claimed the photos to be fakes.

“She has said they are doctored,” the actor’s father said yesterday.

“We have been texting all morning, but haven’t spoke about the situation at length.”

The actor’s father said he had advised his daughter to ignore the situation.

“I think the best theory with this sort of this is not to give it oxygen,” he said.

“I have her to ignore it and to concentrate on her work.

“She has been on set since 6am so she has other things to think about.”

After the photos first immerged this week, her father said his daughter was resilient and would shake off the controversy.

Living between Australia and the US, Samara jetted into the Melbourne this week to start shooting Foxtel drama Picnic at Hanging Rock.

The young Aussie will star alongside an all star cast including Orange is the new Black’s Yael Stone and Hunger Games actor Natalie Dormer in the remake of the famous story.

This will be her biggest role since she left Summer Bay back in 2014.

She has appeared in a series of smaller projects in both Australia and the US over the past few years.
