AFTER a rough few months, Sam Frost has shown off a smouldering new look following her highly publicised breakup from Sasha Mielczarek.

Despite famously being dumped by Mielczarek in December, followed by an axing from her breakfast radio gig at 2DayFM in January, the inaugural Bachelorette was looking pleased to be back in the limelight as she and her co-host Rove hosted last night’s OzHarvest charity cook off.

Ditching the early breakfast radio hours seems to have done wonders for the 27-year-old. Sam looked fresh faced and happy as she showed off her svelte figure in a fitted black dress. Her tousled locks seemed blonder and she smouldered with dark eye makeup and a red lip.

Last week, Frost spoke exclusively to Confidential at her first public appearance about licking her wounds in Melbourne after a rough few months.

“I’ve been at home in Melbourne, I spent a good two months at home with my family. I was just hiding and spending really quality time getting back to myself and my roots,” she said.

“I was just getting back with the people who I love and have loved me unconditionally. So that’s where I’ve been hiding.”
