Salma Hayek says she doesn’t exercise but ‘activates’ muscles all day

SALMA Hayek is a busy lady and admits she has no time to exercise. And the 48-year-old has let slip the bizarre secret behind her rocking bod.

SALMA Hayek is just like you. She’s a busy lady with no time to exercise.

Regularly working 16 hour days, the actor and producer says she rarely has time to clock up time in the gym.

“I don’t have time to exercise. I am working,” she told People magazine.

“I’ve had some 20-hour days.”

“Some people have the discipline to exercise in the morning, and I didn’t develop that.”

But despite skipping the gym, the 48-year-old still has a smoking bod.

And she’s finally revealed her bizarre secret.

Salma says she doesn’t have time to exercise.

The actor says she activates her muscles all day.

“I work with a woman in London who taught me how to hold my body in a way where the muscles are activated all day long,” she revealed to the mag.

“So even when you brush your teeth, you’re working the muscles.”

She describes it as “restorative yoga”.

“She taught me to tone [my muscles] without clenching them,” she explains.

“You relax them and focus on the parts that need to be used, but never with tension. If you’re aware of your body, you’d be surprised by the effect it can have.”

Even without hitting the gym, the 48-year-old has a rocking bod.
