Princess Diana’s niece Lady Kitty Spencer has married her billionaire fiance at a private country mansion in Italy.

Princess Diana’s niece Lady Kitty Spencer has married her billionaire fiance Michael Lewis at a private country mansion in Italy.

The couple tied the knot in front of a close group of friends and family at the Villa Aldobrandini in Rome on Sunday.

Lady Kitty, 30, wore a stunning floor-length lace gown from Italian fashion house Dolce & Gabbana with puff sleeves and a high Victorian neck.

She also had a white veil and wore her hair in a low bun as she was walked down the aisle her brothers Louis Spencer, Viscount Althorp and Samuel Aitken.

The long-sleeved lace gown appeared to have a strong comparison to Kate Middleton’s iconic wedding gown designed by Alexander McQueen’s Sarah Burton.

Dolce and Gabbana also designed another dress for Lady Kitty which was an illusion baby-blue tulle gown and cape embroidered with cross-stitched flowers.

Her twin sisters Eliza and Amelia came to Rome to celebrate her wedding day with other guests including Viscountess Emma Weymouth and her husband Ceawlin Thynn.

UK celebrities who attended the wedding include singer Pixie Lott, Made in Chelsea TV star Mark Vandelli and Idris Elba’s wife Sabrina.

Elon Musk’s mother Maye, who is a Canadian-South African model, was also spotted at the event.

Her husband’s three sons from his previous marriage to singer Leola Lewis were also present.

Guests shared photos of floral displays at the venue where they had a private fireworks display.

Lewis, 62, is a South African-born tycoon who is the chairman of the South African Foschini group and owns high street shops Whistles and Phase Eight.

Lady Kitty shared the countdown to her wedding day with her Instagram followers, where she uploaded photos of her and her friends in Florence and later in Rome.

The newlyweds celebrated with their guests ahead of the wedding on Friday night with a party in Rome.

While out to dinner with her friends, she wore a statement clip with the word ‘BRIDE’.

Lady Kitty is the daughter of Diana’s younger brother Charles, Earl Spencer, making her first cousins with Prince William and Prince Harry.

But it did not appear as though Prince William, Kate Middleton or and Prince Harry attended the nuptials.

The couple’s relationship was first made public in August 2018.

Lady Kitty’s engagement to Lewis occurred in January last year, six months after their first public appearance as a couple in the Hamptons.

Lady Kitty has not spoken about their personal life.

In a May interview with Town and Country UK, the model said her romantic relationships have nothing “to do with anyone else.”

“It shouldn’t make a difference to anyone’s day,” she said.

“Who I love or don’t love, or have a crush on or don’t have a crush on, or go on a date with, I don’t know why that should be what somebody reads over their cornflakes. As long as I keep it sacred, then it can remain so. As soon as I don’t, I don’t think you can get it back.”
