KIM Kardashian may be four months pregnant but there’s no way she’s going to wear dowdy maternity gear. Today she showed off her curves in a figure-hugging designer dress.

SHE’S four and a half months pregnant, but a burgeoning baby bump won’t stop reality tv star Kim Kardashian from shopping up a storm in an eye popping outfit.

Kim, 34, was dressed in a figure hugging grey dress and a loose khaki trench draped over her shoulders.

Refusing to give up on her high fashion look for the usual maternity wear, she completed the look in a pair of Jimmy Choo rope heels.

The reality star stopped along various stores along Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles, shopping for jewellery and clothing, and even stopping for a happy snap with some lucky young fans.

Kim confirmed last month she will give birth to a boy via her Instagram account: “You’re [Kanye] such a good daddy to North & you will be the best daddy to our new son too!”

The new baby will be little brother to two-year-old North West.
