Only Blake Lively can pull off a skin-tight backless dress while almost six months pregnant.

The 27-year-old Gossip Girl star hit the L’Oreal Paris annual Women of Worth Celebration in New York and stunned in this floor length Kaufmanfranco gown, flaunting her baby bump from all angles.

Lively, who was named the face of L’Oreal last October, also seems to be bringing back the balayage hair trend, rocking her brunette roots at the event.

The Hollywood star revealed she’s expecting her first child with husband Ryan Reynolds in October, but the pair are yet to reveal their due date.

The first time parents-to-be tied the knot in September 2012, two years after they met while filming The Green Lantern.

Reynolds, who was previously married to Scarlett Johansson from 2008 to 2011, recently said he was ready to be a hands-on dad. “I’m good with diapers and diarrhoea and all that kind of stuff because I have lots of nieces and nephews, so I’ve done it all before,” he told People magazine.
