“G’day mate, welcome to Australia,” she says as she greets the interviewer and cameraman on the steps of the property in the New South Wales southern highlands.

Touring her farm — which includes Black Angus cows and alpacas — the Aussie actor offered up a number of personal insights.

She says if she wasn’t in showbiz, she would have liked to have been a scientist working on a cure for cancer. She also reveals her dream role would be the Wicked Witch of the West in the Wizard of Oz.

She also reveals she hates texting, she can do a flawless impression of Tweety Bird and she once surprised Keith with a 1967 Mustang.

Nicole reportedly bought the impressive 45-hectare property in 2008 for $6.5 million.
