THIEVES have made off with hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of personal items from US celebrity matchmaker Patti Stanger’s hotel room.
The New York Post reports that Stanger, 56, was staying at Los Angeles’ Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel in May when someone broke into her room from the patio door taking $US300,000 ($395,000) in jewellery, clothes and accessories, police insiders told TMZ.
Stanger, who was filming scenes for the upcoming season of her show, Million Dollar Matchmaker, was not in the room during the burglary.
Authorities have not made any arrests in connection with the incident and it’s also uncertain if security cameras captured any footage.
A rep for the show and Stanger’s personal rep both had no comment.
