The very public feud between Kim Kardashian and Kanye West has escalated, with the rapper making a bombshell new claim about his estranged wife.
And Lara Worthington has seemingly weighed in to the spat.
While Worthington did not mention Kardashian or West by name, she appeared to back West’s concerns over his daughter North being allowed to use TikTok.
The post, re-shared by Worthington on her Insta story and since deleted, read: “There literally is no eight year old that needs to be on social media”.
It came as West, 44, said Kardashian, 41, is alleging that he put a “hit out on her” as their drawn-out divorce and conflict over their children continues to play out on social media.
The rapper – now known as Ye – blasted Kardashian for allowing their 8-year-old daughter, North, to use TikTok, and alleged that Kardashian banned him from attending a birthday party for their other daughter, Chicago.
“These ideas can actually get someone locked up,” West said on Instagram.
“They play like that with black mens’ lives weather [sic] it’s getting them free or getting them locked up. I’m not playing about my black children anymore.”
Last week, West slammed Kardashian for allowing North to be on TikTok, after she set up an account for her and North.
“Since this is my first divorce I need to know what should I do about my daughter being put on TikTok against my will?,” West wrote on Instagram.
Kardashian responded via Instagram, calling out West’s “constant attacks” on her and referring to herself as the “main caregiver” of their four children North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm.
“Kanye’s constant attacks on me in interviews and on social media is acually more hurtful than any TikTok North might create,” Kardashian said.
In response, West said: “What do you mean by main provider”.
“America saw you try to kidnap my daughter on her birthday by not providing the address.
“You put security on me inside of the house to play with my son then accused me of stealing I had to take a drug test after Chicago’s party cause you accused me of being on drugs.”
No doubt the drama will be documented in Kardashian’s upcoming new reality show, The Kardashians, to debut on US streaming site Hulu in the coming months. Kardashian filed for divorce from West nearly a year ago, after six years of marriage.
“Kim is still trying to get the ‘married’ status dissolved to ‘single’ before they finalise the divorce but Ye has yet to sign,” a source told E! News.
“Moving this divorce along isn’t something he’s acting quickly on, despite Kim’s efforts.”
