Kanye West and Bianca Censori: Rapper ‘threw woman’s mobile phone in street’

Controversial rapper Kanye West is being investigated after allegedly throwing a woman’s phone as his Aussie “wife” looked on.

Kanye West has reportedly been named a suspect in a battery investigation after he allegedly snatched a mobile phone belonging to a woman and threw it.

The controversial rapper, who recently “married” his Australian employee Bianca Censori, was leaving his daughter North’s basketball game when he noticed that he was being followed by paparazzi, the New York Post reports.

Although it was unclear if the woman was a photographer or simply a fan, West allegedly got out of his car and confronted the woman while she filmed him from inside her own vehicle.

Melbourne-born Ms Censori was seen in the passenger’s seat of his car and did not follow the star.

“You didn’t have to run up on me like that,” he told the woman, who held her phone to his face.

“If I say stop, stop with your cameras!”

When the woman tried to argue that she could film West because he was “a celebrity,” he allegedly reached into her car, grabbed her phone and threw it away.

TMZ reported that West accused the woman of “following him” and has since been named a suspect in a battery investigation.

The New York Post reported that after West returned to his vehicle, he then stopped in front of a group of paparazzi who had been recording the incident.

“You want me to be running up on your kids’ games like that?” West asked a snapper, who then replied, “There’s a hundred of us.”

West said, “Everybody needs to stop when I see my kids. If I need to see my kids, you can’t photograph me. It’s called human rights.”

West, 45, who was cancelled for spewing anti-Semitic comments last year, reportedly wed 27-year-old Censori in a non-legally binding Beverly Hill ceremony earlier this month.

West was embroiled in a visa row last week amid claims he might visit Melbourne to visit Censori’s family.

Education Minister Jason Clare condemned West’s “awful” anti-Semitic comments involving Hitler and the Holocaust, saying others who had made similar statements had been denied visas.

“People like that who’ve applied for visas to get into Australia in the past have been rejected,” Clare said in an interview on Channel Nine.

“I expect that if he does apply he would have to go through the same process and answer the same questions that they did.”

The New York Post has previously voted that West’s ex-wife Kim Kardashian doesn’t like Censori, who worked as an architectural designer at West’s label Yeezy, and “has long despised” her.
