Alec Baldwin’s daughter Ireland slammed for ‘tone-deaf’ Halloween costume

“Where is the compassion?” Ireland Baldwin has copped a backlash over a controversial post following the tragic shooting on her father’s film set.

Alec Baldwin’s daughter Ireland has been slammed over her “tone-deaf” Halloween costume — in which she appeared along with her boyfriend oozing fake blood, just days after her dad’s fatal on-set shooting.

“So we stayed in for Halloween this year. There are reporters and paparazzi hanging out all over my street being super fun and invading all my privacy which is always a good time,” the 26-year-old wrote on Instagram.

“We didn’t think we would celebrate, but we found some old costumes and blood, ate really good food, drank tequila, had a couple friends over, watched a scary movie and had 0 trick or treaters … How was your Halloween? Raise your hand if you went as squid game this year,” added Ireland, Baldwin’s daughter with Kim Basinger, 67.

The fashion model was dressed up as a sexy schoolgirl — with faux blood streaming from her left eye and dripping onto her chest and tied-up blouse — while her beau, the musician known as RAC, was clad in a heavily bloodied shirt.

“I feel like I’m taking crazy pills, what the hell is wrong with these people?” one person wrote on Reddit about the gruesome display.

“It’s like I’m living in a f**king simulation where everyone is doing the most inappropriate thing possible,” another user said. “There are literally a billion other possible Halloween costumes. There is also an option not to post this s**t online. How tone-deaf can you be?!”

A third wrote: “Just whyyyyyy??? Where is the compassion????? A woman is deaddd!! Your DAD CAUSED IT. Whether or not he was at fault is up for debate, but show SOME reverence!”

“Vile,” wrote another under the Instagram post.

The criticisms lobbed at Ireland followed those aimed at her dad and his wife, Hilaria, who posted smiling Halloween family snaps as late cinematographer Halyna Hutchins’ son spent the holiday without her.

Hilaria, 37, shared the photos and a video of her family late Friday — while complaining about how hard it is to celebrate while her husband remains under investigation for fatally shooting Hutchins, 42, on the New Mexico set of his Western Rust.

“This is so inappropriate and tone-deaf. Absolutely breathtaking in disrespect,” one mum wrote on Twitter.

Some called the Baldwins “narcissists,” saying they were showing “no empathy for the son of the woman killed.”

Officials have so far refused to rule out charges against the actor over the shooting, confirming that Baldwin, 63, is “an active part of this investigation.”
