EVEN as a 12-year-old, Ryan Gosling was one smooth operator.

A couple of videos of The Notebook star strutting his stuff during a 1992 dance recital have hit the internet.

Posted on Facebook by Shaun Swire, one clip shows Gosling channelling his inner Elvis for a rendition of Hound Dog while in the other he glides around the stage in MC Hammer pants.

Gosling, who is now 34 years old and has a baby girl named Esmeralda with Eva Mendes, responded to the videos on Twitter, and it’s perfect.
