Mischa Barton’s fashion fail in flesh-flashing dress
YOU know, Mischa Barton from The O.C. Well, she’s figured out one way to get in the headlines again with a truly bizarre red carpet disaster.
Wardrobe Malfunction
Don't miss out on the headlines from Wardrobe Malfunction. Followed categories will be added to My News.
MISCHA, Mischa, Mischa. What are you doing to us?
Sure, we love some tasteful and sexy décolletage but this is just going way, way too far.
I never thought I would say a neckline this risqué could be frumpy, but boy, worn with the rest of this style-sin of a dress, it’s a total calamity.
Mischa Barton — the model/actress/celeb who I adore — was at the 8th Annual BritWeek Launch Party in Los Angeles, but this time she just got it all wrong.
The long, bulbous sleeves and the long skirt just had too much fabric going on. Enough to make an entire house of curtains as opposed to a small nursery.
With the Logies hurtling toward us this weekend, let’s pray to the Gods of a Fashion that we don’t see (too many) red carpet debacles like this.
Already, our most renowned TV types are gearing up to show off their sartorial style — the facials are being slapped on, the spray tans applied, the pedis and manis sorted and heads of hair are being cut and coloured as we speak!
Our TV chicks (and some of the blokes, but who really worries about them?) are gearing up to be ‘judged’ best and fairest in the red carpet stakes.
Names to look forward to perusing will include the morning TV female stars including Sam Armytage, Lisa Wilkinson, Kylie Gillies, Nat Barr, Monique Wright, Sarah Harris and Sonia Kruger while there will be no stopping the always divine Carrie Bickmore, the newly married Asher Keddie and a host of Home & Away names.
Most of whom are just so young and beautiful they don’t need too apply much war paint or on-trend pieces to give them style cred.
You can be a part of all the Logies action by following news.com.au’s Melissa Hoyer who will be in the Crown Palladium room, when the awards are announced on Sunday night.
