The Duchess of Sussex has brushed off her and husband Prince Harry’s latest legal blow in the best way possible.

Meghan Markle enjoyed a snowy getaway with her gal pals as she marked the end of February by hitting the slopes.

The Duchess of Sussex, 42, joined Pilates Platinum founder Heather Dorak and Kelly McKee Zajfen, the co-founder of Alliance of Moms, at Powder Mountain near Utah’s Salt Lake City for a quick escape.

The trio’s trip was documented by the two business owners on their respective Instagram accounts, with Dorak sharing several images from the snowy vista.

“Wow, what a perfect trip! My heart is so full,” Dorak wrote on Instagram Thursday. “The kids crushed the slopes by day and the adults howled with laughter deep into the night.”

“Truly lucky in love with our wonderful friends,” she added.

In the snaps, the friends can be seen wearing big coats, and accessorised with gloves, sunglasses, and beanie hats.

Dorak also shared images of her family enjoying the trip.

Elsewhere, Zajfen posted a photo of the trio on her own account, writing that she’s “beyond grateful for the best of friends.”

“What a trip! Thank you doesn’t even begin to express what my heart is feeling after this trip,” she wrote on Instagram. “The love of family time and adventure and belly laughs made this trip one for the books! Here’s to many more adventures with friends that feel like family and appreciating each day️.”

The “Suits” alum has had a snowy start to her 2024 so far.

Last month, the mom of two hit the slopes with her husband, Prince Harry, when the pair travelled to Canada for the Invictus Games 2025’s One Year to Go event.

The Sussexes spent Valentine’s Day together at Harry’s foundation’s Winter Training Camp.

The duo bundled up for the visit to brave the frigid temperatures of Whistler, British Columbia.

They flew into Canada on a private jet to join competitors of the Harry-founded Invictus Games — an Olympic-style sporting event for wounded veterans.

Harry and Meghan this week suffered a new blow as they lost their bid for taxpayer-funded UK security protection.

The pair had been stripped of their security detail in February 2020 but Sir Peter Lane, the judge of London’s High Court, ruled this week that it wasn’t an unlawful decision.

London’s High Court found that any departure from the policy was justified and that the decision was not influenced by unfairness.

This means the couple will have to pay out of pocket for their security when visiting England, which is reportedly up to $4.3 million a year.

Speaking in 2023, Harry told Good Morning America that the decision left him “stunned”.

Host Michael Strahan said his initial plan to be a part time royal was never going to fly with some people.

“They’re going to say you’re either in or get out,” Strahan said.

“I can’t ever get out,” replied Harry.

“I’m incredibly aware of my position. But here’s no version of me being able to get out of this.

“I was stunned that my family would allow security to be taken away, especially at the most vulnerable point for us.”

Asked whether the Royal Family “didn’t concern themselves” about the Sussex’s security of “didn’t care”. Harry replied: “I think probably a little bit of both.”
