Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will be keeping their young children off the screens in their upcoming Netflix shows after the couple allegedly argued over privacy issues.

Filming has started on both Meghan’s lifestyle show and Harry’s polo program but the shows will not include the rarely photographed Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, reports The Sun on Sunday.

The new TV shows are considered to be a make or break for the Sussexes as part of their blockbuster Netflix deal.

The Sun reported last year that royal exile Prince Harry is said to be keen to keep the children away from cameras, while Meghan is more relaxed about the world seeing them.

The public has only had fleeting glimpses of the Sussex children over the years in official photographs as well as brief appearances on the previous Harry & Meghan Netflix series.

An insider told The Sun on Sunday: “Harry and Meghan have not always agreed on how much they should expose their children to the media but, in this case, Harry has clearly won.”

Meghan’s new show — which is said to “celebrate the joys of cooking and gardening, entertaining and friendship” — is not being filmed at the couple’s Montecito mansion. Instead, camera crews have been seen setting up at a neighbour’s house.

Prince Harry is working on a TV series about his beloved polo and was spotted filming at the Royal Salute Polo Challenge for charity Sentebale’s fundraiser in Florida.

Meanwhile, Prince Harry is set to return to the UK in May for a ten-year celebration of his Invictus Games at St Paul’s Cathedral, in London.

The younger brother of Prince William has officially severed ties with the UK by listing the United States as his primary residence for the first time since Megxit.
