A professional athlete once stopped Sean “Diddy” Combs from sexually assaulting a luxury car businessman at a star-studded Ciroc party, a new lawsuit claims.
The alleged victim, who is referred to as John Doe in court documents obtained by The Post, claims the incident occurred during a launch party for Combs’ vodka brand around 2022.
The Bad Boys Records founder allegedly invited the Los Angeles-based luxury car and jewellery rental businessman into his private office during the event and proceeded to strip off his pants and expose himself, according to the suit.
“Combs continued to move closer and then grabbed Plaintiff’s genitals through his pants, squeezing them in a rough and sexual manner,” the papers allege.
The anonymous man says he was “shocked and disoriented” and “froze momentarily,” as he did “not know how to respond to the weirdly inappropriate sexual advance made by Combs.”
Combs’ alleged attack was ultimately thwarted by an unnamed famous athlete, identified in the lawsuit only as “Professional Athlete A,” who entered the office.
Upon the interruption, the businessman quickly left the room and exited the party, per the documents.
The man claims he attended the party after Combs, his longtime customer, assured him there would be “high-profile guests in the music and entertainment business” present.
He alleges that he took a photo of Combs sitting on a couch with “other high-profile individuals,” which is included in the filing. However, the faces of the alleged celebrities were redacted.
The new lawsuit is the latest in a string of sexual assault accusations against the rapper.
On Sunday, a woman accused Combs and a male and female celebrity of raping her at a 2000 MTV Video Music Awards afterparty when she was just 13 years old in a suit filed by Texas-based lawyer Tony Buzbee.
Buzbee filed at least four other civil lawsuits in the Southern District of New York this weekend, with court papers describing two men and two women as victims.
“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defences, and the integrity of the judicial process,” Combs’ legal team said in a statement to Page Six in response. “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman.”
Earlier this month, Buzbee revealed he was representing 120 individuals in civil lawsuits accusing Combs of sex crimes spanning over the course of three decades. One of the lawyer’s clients was just 9 years old when Combs allegedly assaulted him.
Buzbee had previously claimed that several A-list celebrities were going to be exposed for being involved in the incidents.
The Last Night rapper’s fall from grace began in November 2023 when his ex-girlfriend Casandra “Cassie” Ventura filed a lawsuit accusing him of raping, sex trafficking and physically abusing her throughout their decade-long relationship.
Combs settled the case with Ventura, 28, less than 24 hours later and denied any wrongdoing.
However, months later, a video surfaced of the father of seven violently beating the “Me & U” singer at a hotel in 2016. He subsequently issued a public apology.
Ventura’s lawsuit against the music mogul spurred an onslaught of accusations, with dozens of alleged victims accusing Combs of sexual abuse and rape. Some also claimed the alleged attacks occurred at his famous white parties.
Combs was arrested in New York City on Sept. 16 and charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution.
The Grammy winner pleaded not guilty to the charges and is being held behind bars at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center after being denied bail.
