Jackie “O” Henderson and Carrie Bickmore spent a girl’s weekend together as they celebrated their friend’s birthday on the NSW coastal town of Bryon Bay.
The women were both pretty in pink as they rang in the 40th birthday of mutual friend Gemma O’Neill, a former 2Day FM executive producer on The Kyle & Jackie O Show.
“Weekend in Byron spent celebrating my besties @gemmyjean 40th,” Henderson, 48, captioned a carousel of Instagram photos from the event held at the famed Halcyon House in town.
In the pics, the radio host looked stunning in a textured Rebecca Vallance hot-pink number she teamed with white Christian Louboutin heels – an outfit that got the thumbs up from her famous friends.
“Gorgeous,” wrote singer Delta Goodrem, while TV personality Jessice Rowe commented: “Divine.”
Bickmore, meanwhile, wore a floral minidress and wedges as she posed for a series of snaps with the birthday girl.
“Happy 40th Gem. You have packed more in the first 40 years than most. Can’t wait to see what you do with the next 40,” the 42-year-old former Project co-host wrote on Instagram alongside the images.
The spotlight has been on Henderson in recent months after the radio host overhauled her diet and lifestyle, which saw her drop 18kg with the help of WW (formerly known as Weight Watchers).
Her staggering weight loss sparked rumours she’s using the diabetes drug to lose weight, Ozempic – an injectable that helps to increase insulin production and suppress appetite.
Last week, mum-of-one Henderson spoke out about the rumours live on The Kyle & Jackie O Show.
“That diabetic medication people talk about taking, I don’t take that,” she told co-host Kyle Sandilands.
“Honestly, you can do it, guys. But I will say, I reckon [cutting out] alcohol and [frequent] exercise was a big thing. I’ve never done [that] before so that was kind of the kicker for me.”
Bickmore’s name has also been thrown in the rumour mill with whispers she’s dating her Tommy & Carrie co-host, Tommy Little, in the wake of her split from long-time partner Chris Walker.
However, Little shut down those rumours on 2DAY FM’s Hughesy, Ed & Erin show by revealing he is very much single and just signed up to celebrity dating app Raya.
“I just can’t keep telling the apps that it’s me, because it’s so desperate saying, ‘Hey, Tinder, that’s actually me!’” Little said, while revealing people kept reporting his profile as fake.
