Julie Bowen says her Modern Family co-star Sofia Vergara and her boyfriend Joe Manganiello are ‘like a genetic explosion’ and ‘too good looking’

SEEMS Modern Family star Julie Bowen is just as thrilled with co-star Sofia Vergara’s new relationship with hunky Joe Manganiello as the rest of us.

SEEMS Modern Family star Julie Bowen is just as thrilled with co-star Sofia Vergara’s burgeoning relationship with True Blood hunk Joe Manganiello as the rest of us.

Talking to ET Canada, Bowen said the pair are “like a genetic explosion and there might not be enough diversity in the gene pool, because they are just too good looking”.

“But ya know, God bless her, she’s amazing and if he’s nice to her, I am all for it,” the actor added.

Bowen said that she had never met Manganiello, but quipped, “I saw him, certainly, and he does not hurt my eyes.”

Vergara celebrated her 42nd birthday at Nobu Malibu last week looking completely loved up with Mangianello in pics posted to Instagram by a family member.
