Grace Van Patten, 27, is the daughter of director Tim Van Patten — who is most well known for his work on HBO shows like Sex and the City and The Sopranos. 

The 27-year-old Patten recently posted a photo on her Instagram where she’s touching tongues with her co-star Jackson White.

“Just in the lick of time,” she captioned the photo.

White, 28, is the son of sitcom star Katey Sagal. She is best known for her work in shows like Married with Children, 8 Simple Rules, and Sons of Anarchy.

The pair have been dating since around 2022, and star in the television series Tell Me Lies Together.

White plays the character of the ex-boyfriend of the character Patten plays, who is his real life girlfriend.

The television series is a big break for both upcoming actors.

While Patten has scored big roles before — she was part of the ensemble cast on the limited series Nine Perfect Strangers — and White scored a role in the Jake Gyllenhaal thriller Ambulance, both of them are the leads in this series rather than supporting cast members.

Besides the tongue-in-cheek photo, the pair keep things very low-key. It was just speculated they were together for a while, but these days, they are pretty public about their on-set romance.

White’s own Instagram, where he has amassed over 100,000 followers, is peppered with photos of him and Patten hanging out.

The couple were just seen hanging out at the US Open together, and White’s mum, Sagal, confirmed they’d been together since 2022 on Rachel Bilson’s podcast Broad Ideas.

In an interview with Natural Diamonds, Patten said that while she does get nervous working with her boyfriend, because they know each other so well, she’s never felt so “safe and comfortable” with someone.

 “We work so well together, and I love working with him — not just because he’s my boyfriend but because he’s so talented and giving and present,” she told the publication.

Outside of romance with White, Patten previously dated Nat Wolff.

The two broke up around 2021 but were together for a few years; they’d even gone on holidays together.

Wolff, 29, is best known for starring in the Nickelodeon hit The Naked Brothers Band as a child, but has gone on to land acting roles in big hits like The Fault In Our Stars.
