The couple announced the safe arrival of Holland Ray James who was born on October 5.

It was their wedding song as fireworks lit up the sky when they married last year in Lake Como.

“It was such a nice moment,’’ Melanie said.

“Thank you to our amazing family and friends for your love, support and gifts!” the couple posted on Instagram with thanks to their doctors.

In August Bondi Sands which James co-founded with Shaun Wilson, was acquired by Japanese-owned multinational, Kao Group, for almost $450m.

Just over a decade ago the Port Melbourne duo mortgaged both their houses to start the spray tan, self-tan and sun-smart skin care range, launching in 2012.

“We have had a lot of outreach over the years,” James said. “But we kept trying to come up with a potential partner who was aligned with our values and keeping the brand as it is, we found that with Kao.”

Having managed to get US celebrities like Kylie Jenner and Emily Ratajkowski to advertise the products it led to global success and ultimately their boom payday.

In April the James’ announced the happy news they’ll welcome their first child.

Last August they married in the idyllic Italian location in one of the most spectacular weddings of the year.

Their video at the dream destination has been viewed millions of times after they postponed the wedding from 2020 due to the Covid pandemic.

Blair and Melanie exchanged vows at the luxury Villa Balbiano on the western shore, where scenes from blockbuster movie House of Gucci were filmed.

There were three days of stunning events, starting with welcome drinks at Grand Hotel Tremezzo, the wedding on Monday and a pool party at the villa on Tuesday.

Eighty people flew in for the ceremony, including Wilson and his fiance, model Tess Shanahan.
