SHE is known for shunning the spotlight and hiding her face under long, blonde fringed wigs.
And while she rarely shows her face in public, Sia went wigless at one Oscars soiree.
The Australian singer — who has written songs for Beyonce, Rihanna and Rita Ora — ditched her signature face-covering wig for Elton John’s annual AIDS Foundation Academy Awards viewing party.
Sia wore her platinum blonde hair in a high bun and sported a red lip, with a mustard and cream patterned pants suit and pointed peach stilettos at the VVVIP party.
The Elastic Heart singer posed for photos with supermodel Heidi Klum and former Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger.
But Sia had a different look when she walked the not-so-red carpet at Vanity Fair’s hot ticket Oscars party, which was attended by Emma Stone, Lupita Nyong’o and J. Lo, and just about everyone in Hollywood.
Sia wore a vanilla cape-coat and trousers, with an Annie Hall-style floppy hat, teamed with her signature blonde wig which covered her face.
She posed for photographs with her husband Erik Anders Lang (who adorably had Shia LaBeouf read a poem he wrote for Sia at the Grammys earlier this month).
Sia has previously written about why she prefers to keep her face concealed, even singing with her back to the audience and not appearing in her own video clips.
“If anyone besides famous people knew what it was like to be a famous person, they would never want to be famous,” she wrote on billboard.com in 2013.
