Alec and Hilaria Baldwin expecting 7th child

The Hollywood A-listers are expecting another child just five months after the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of Rust.

After a horror couple of months, actor Alec Baldwin finally has some good news: he and his wife Hilaria are expecting their seventh child.

Hilaria, 38, announced the pregnancy on Instagram on Tuesday, sharing a video of herself and Alec, 63, playing with their six children after breaking the sweet news.

It comes just five months after the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the film set of Rust in New Mexico after a gun being handled by Alec went off – an event she addresses in her caption.

“After many ups and downs over the past few years, we have an exciting up and a huge surprise: another Baldwinito is coming this fall. We were pretty sure our family was complete, and we’re beyond happy with this surprise. I’m sharing with you the moment we told the kids — as you can see, they are super excited! Our new baby is a very bright spot in our lives. A blessing and a gift during such uncertain times. I’ve missed you during my break from social media … I’m back and looking forward to continuing with you this wild journey that we call “life.” Our love to you and your loved ones.”

The Hollywod A-listers already have six children together: daughters María Lucía Victoria, 13 months, and Carmen Gabriela, eight, and sons Rafael Thomas, six, Leonardo Ángel Charles, five, Romeo Alejandro David, three, and Eduardo “Edu” Pao Lucas, 18 months.

Alec also has a daughter Ireland Baldwin, 26, with ex wife Kim Basinger.

In 2020, Alec and Hilaria had a baby boy named Eduardo. Then, six months later, they announced the birth of their sixth child via surrogate, a daughter named Lucia. Hilaria had previously opened up on social media about suffering two miscarriages.

The 30 Rock star is in Italy filming his first movie since the Rust tragedy.

In a revealing interview with US network ABC last year, Alec claimed that he fired the gun that killed Hutchins without actually pulling the trigger.

He said he didn’t feel guilty for Hutchins’s death, instead felt someone else was responsible.

“I feel that someone is responsible for what happened and I can’t say who that is. But I know it’s not me,” the Hollywood actor told ABC America’s George Stephanopoulos.

It was the 63-year-old’s first major interview since the on-set tragedy in October.

“I mean, I honest to God, if I felt that I was responsible, I might have killed myself,” he said of Hutchins’s death, who left behind a husband and young son.

The Hutchins’ family has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Alec and others over the fatal shooting.

No charges have been filed as the criminal investigation continues.
