NSW has recorded seven more deaths and 1288 new Covid cases as the state passed a new vaccine milestone.
More than seven million jabs have now been delivered, prompting the Premier to announce an easing of restrictions.
The one-hour exercise rule for Sydney hotspot LGAs will be scrapped from 5am on Friday and residents will be able to have unlimited exercise.
The 9pm-5am curfew will remain in place.
The latest deaths included four people aged in their 80s, a woman in her 70s, a man in his 50s and a man in his 70s who was double vaccinated. He had significant underlying health conditions.
Chief Health Officer Dr Kerry Chant said areas of concern include Auburn, Guildford, Merrylands, Greenacre, Punchbowl, Blacktown and Liverpool.
