NSW Covid updates: 19 new cases and new stimulus package
Health authorities have announced that anyone travelling to NSW from particular areas after 12.01am on Wednesday will have to complete a declaration form.

Travellers arriving in NSW from NT, QLD and WA will be forced to declare they haven’t visited a know Covid-19 hotspot after cases continue to grow in those states.
NSW Health officials announced on Tuesday night that anyone travelling to NSW after 12.01am on Wednesday, June 30 who has been in the NT, QLD or WA in the last 14 days must complete a declaration form.
The same requirements are also still in place for people who have been in Victoria in the last 14 days.
NSW Health also advises against non-essential travel to lockdown areas in other states and territories at this time. Do not travel to NSW if you have attended a venue of concern as close contacts must isolate immediately, get tested and remain in isolation for 14 days, and contact the relevant health authorities in their state or territory.
The declaration form is available on the Service NSW website, and can be completed in the 24-hour period before entering NSW or on arrival.
On Tuesday, NSW recorded 19 new cases of Covid-19 in the past day from 67,000 tests.
Seventeen of the new cases are linked to previous cases while two infections, a man in his 40s from the southwest and an after-school care employee at Bellevue Hill Public School, are under investigation.
Chief Health Officer Dr Kerry Chant said on Tuesday that seven of the 19 were in isolation during their infectious period and two were in isolation for part of that period.
A student at Rose Bay Secondary School is among today's infections, forcing the college to close for cleaning. Three new infections are linked to the Great Ocean Foods seafood wholesaler in Marrickville. Three of the cases are linked to the West Hoxton birthday party.
Meanwhile grants of up to $10,000 will be made available to businesses suffering a decline in turnover during the lockdown. The dine and discover voucher program will be extended until August 31 and vouchers can be used for delivery direct from a restaurant - but not for pickup.
