Police have started an investigation after a worker was killed in a factory fire in rural Victoria on Tuesday morning.

A man has died after a factory fire in country Victoria on Tuesday morning.
Police and firefighters were called to reports of a blaze at 6.30am in the Ballarat suburb of Wendouree.
A man was pulled from the fire on Villiers Drive but died at the scene, while two other factory employees escaped unhurt.
A crime scene has been established and detectives from the arson squad will investigate the fire.
