A man has been charged after allegedly taking part in a criminal syndicate that used hire cars to transport drugs between Sydney and Queanbeyan.
Police arrested the 30-year-old at a home on Collett St, Queanbeyan, about 3.30pm on Thursday and charged him with participating in a criminal group, taking part in supplying cannabis and supplying a commercial quantity of a prohibited drug.
He was refused bail and will face Queanbeyan Local Court on Friday.
The arrest was carried out by Strike Force Bozos, which was established in March to investigate the supply of drugs in Queanbeyan.
A 60-year-old man and 30-year-old woman have also been arrested earlier under Strike Force Bozos. They remain before the courts.
