Heiress Savannah Daisley under new bail conditions, able to run health business

A Sydney heiress and Instagram influencer has been given permission by the court to run her business as she continues to fight child sex allegations.

Instafamous lifestyle guru and Sydney heiress Savannah Daisley has had her bail varied to attend to her business as she fights allegations she had sex with a 14-year-old boy four times.

Ms Daisley was earlier this year charged with four counts of aggravated sexual intercourse with a child.

Her lawyers have previously indicated she intends to plead not guilty to all charges and denies the allegations.

As she exited Sydney’s Downing Centre Local Court on Thursday morning, she smiled for NCA Newswire’s photographer.

Ms Daisley paused for several pictures on the court steps, brushed a strand of hair from the front of her face, and asked that she be given favourable coverage.

Wearing a blue dress, black coat and with her scarf tucked into her belt, Ms Daisley appeared in court in person as she had her bail varied by Magistrate Gareth Christofi.

Police allege the entrepreneur engaged in unlawful sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old boy on four occasions on May 2021.

The police prosecution did not oppose her application to allow her to leave the house to attend to banking and financial matters and visit a business storage facility.

She also had her bail conditions relaxed so she would only have to report to police two days a week.

Ms Daisley was also allowed to reside at an address at Burradoo, in the Southern Highland, where she is not allowed to leave her home unless in the company of her parents, sister or another woman.

The court has previously heard Ms Daisley, who is the daughter of internationally renowned horse breeder Ross Daisley, was allegedly highly intoxicated at the time of the alleged offences.

The court has heard that police will rely on legal phone taps in which it’s claimed Ms Daisley admitted to some of the offences.

Police allege she told the 14-year-old to stay quiet about the alleged intercourse, which she claimed was a one-off, the court has previously heard.

The owner of detox company Smart Cleanse was granted bail with strict conditions to pay $100,000.

In August, Ms Daisley had her bail conditions relaxed when the court allowed her to have supervised visits with children, who cannot be identified.

Her father, Ross Daisley, rose to prominence as the breeder of thoroughbred racehorse and champion sprinter Choisir.

It is not suggested that Mr Daisley has engaged in any wrongdoing.

Her wellbeing company has over 39,000 Instagram followers and the self-described naturopath has written two books on health.

On her website she describes herself as the company’s founder and “director of research and development”.

“Savannah has helped thousands of people detoxify their bodies, lose weight, reduce stress and reverse the ageing process through the benefits of detoxification,” the company’s website reads.

She will return to court in two weeks.
