not intrinsically, but the ways in which we produce energy, our dependence on it, the intensity of our population and its effects on the broader planet are destroying it. it seems clearer every day. #seriously

I guess this shows two things: 1. Jonathan looks at light and sees decay, and 2. a blighted, ruinous North Korea and a lively, illuminated free world are both bad.
