Canberra Covid Car Capers

So far as I can tell, what we are seeing here is a dispute between Canberra Covid restriction protesters (who are filming) and a hostile Canberra resident (who is being filmed).

Watch until the end. Language warning:

The best line: “We gotta call a tow truck but you shut ’em all down!”

UPDATE. “We are going to have to get comfortable with seeing a woman’s rage,” declares Virginia Trioli:

Fine by me, just so long as we also get to see a woman not be able to drive a car.

UPDATE II. In other feminist driving developments, Jane Caro is correct – but just not in the way she might imagine:

UPDATE III. Rebel News reports:

The Canberra local involved in the crash later took to social media (in now deleted posts) to claim that the police were not going to press charges and forced the woman that she had crashed into to pay the cost of being towed.

But it seems the police changed their minds:

ACT Police have confirmed one person has been fined as part of their investigation into an incident that saw a car become lodged on top of another vehicle in a suburban Canberra street, following a heated exchange between two people.

Officers were called to the two car collision in Watson at about 10:15am on Saturday 12 February.

In a video that’s now gone viral, you can see the exchange between what appears to be a Canberra Region resident and an protestor who’d been taking part in anti-vaccine mandate demonstrations.

The driver of the Black SUV has been fined for negligent driving.

Interesting. Canberra media is evidently so woke that “Black” is now capitalised even if it’s a car colour.
