Tame-Higgins hate-fest shames the National Press Club

The National Press Club asked Grace Tame and Brittany Higgins to give a joint speech yesterday. It got what it wanted - a carnival of venomous hatred for Scott Morrison, before a whooping and cheering audience of mainly women. How did this help their cause?  And shame on so many journalists for backing it.

What we saw at the National Press Club yesterday - Grace Tame and Brittany Higgins spitting venom at the Prime Minister as a room full of women whooped and cheered - was not just disgusting but a betrayal of their supposed cause.
