Wife charged with murder after man dies following alleged stabbing at Murrumba Downs
The wife of a father-of-three who was stabbed to death north of Brisbane has been charged with his murder. Neighbours reported hearing a woman yell “not my baby, not my baby,” before he died of his injuries on the side of the road.

The wife of a father-of-three who was killed in an alleged stabbing at Murrumba Downs in Moreton Bay has been charged with murder.
It’s understood the man killed was father-of-three Sean Murray, 32.
His wife, Louise Murray, 28, was on Thursday afternoon charged with one count of murder (domestic violence) and will appear in Pine Rivers Magistrates Court on Friday.
Neighbours reported hearing a woman yell “not my baby, not my baby,” before emergency services flocked to the scene on Burnett Drive at 8.15am.

According to one neighbour, the couple, who have previously been heard arguing, had been fighting throughout the morning before the woman’s alarming screams pushed concerned neighbours to call police.
Another neighbour, Denise Denton, said she was outside when she heard a woman screaming.
She said about 20 minutes later several police cars and paramedics drove down the street.
“I didn’t realise it was going to be this.
“There were police cars everywhere and that’s when I thought it’s something worse...”
Mrs Denton has lived in Burnett Drive for decades and said it was “a very nice street”.
Paramedics were called to the scene, however Mr Muray died on the side of the road from the alleged stab wounds to his back.
Mr Murray’s Facebook says he is a married father of two young girls and a son and works for Lenard’s Chicken.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident that led to his death and his wife was interviewed by detectives. She was this afternoon charged with his murder.
A crime scene has been declared at Burnett Drv and investigations continue.
