CORONER James McDougall has delivered his damning findings in the inquest into Dreamworld’s Thunder River Rapids tragedy in which four people died in October 2016.
The disaster claimed the lives of siblings Kate Goodchild and Luke Dorsett, Mr Dorsett’s partner Roozi Araghi, and Cindy Low when two rafts collided, one of them flipping.
The inquest was scathing of Dreamworld’s safety procedures and foreshadowed possible prosecution of parent company Ardent Leisure.
