Promoter Tour Squad Pty Ltd, owned by Lui Spedaliere from Sydney, alleges in her claim that just weeks before the planned concerts The Game posted on Facebook that the tour was a “fake” and that the promoter was “janky”.

Seven days later The Game allegedly posted on Facebook that he would not be coming to Australia in 2017, and it would not be his “last and final tour”.

He is also alleged to have breached his contract by failing to promote the tour on social media, and provide details so that Tour Squad could arrange travel visas.

Ms Spedaliere, who is also the former public relations manager for controversial Sydney businessman Salim Mehajer, alleges that The Game’s manager Cash “Wack” Jones and Jones’ company Fifth Amendment Entertainment Inc (FAE) breached their contract with her.

Tour Squad alleges Jones signed a “tour agreement” contract on behalf of The Game and his company on June 12, 2017.

Tour Squad alleges The Game, Jones and FAE repudiated the contract in August and September 2017 by “refusing to co-operate” unless they were given a “substantial increase” in the originally agreed $US25,000 per show performance fee.

Tour Squad alleges they lost money paid to book venues and to promote the tour.

Tour Squad has asked the court to order FAE to repay her the $US100,300 she spent for the tour.

The tour was set to include live performances at venues including Luna Park in Sydney, The Forum in Melbourne, The Barton Theatre in Adelaide, Metro City in Perth and the Logan-Campbell Centre in Auckland.
