Two on the run after man stabbed in the neck at Molendinar
Police are searching for two people after a 28-year-old man was stabbed in the neck at a private resident on the Gold Coast this morning.

A MANHUNT is underway on the Gold Coast after a 28-year-old man was stabbed in the neck on Saturday morning.
The attack happened at about 11am at Marybeth Cresent, Molendinar.
The 28-year-old is said to have answered the door to a man and woman before they entered and assaulted him inside his home, leaving him with a significant wound to his upper right neck area.
Officers believe the pair may be known to the 28-year-old, who were asking for him by name as they arrived.
After the assault, the pair fled the scene in a stolen white Volkswagen Tiguan with the registration 936ZGX.
The two on run are described as caucasian in appearance and police say they are deemed to be dangerous.
There were three witnesses who are assisting police with enquiries.
Paramedics transported the 28-year-old in a serious condition to the Gold Coast University Hopsital.
The victim remains in hospital in a serious but stable condition.
A crime scene has been established and investigations are continuing.
