Two men in serious condition following separate Wide Bay stabbing attacks
Two separate fights which broke out within minutes of each other last night have left one man with a serious stab wound to his chest while another remains in a serious condition in hospital.

Two men are in hospital each in a serious condition following two separate stabbing attacks just minutes apart in the Wide Bay region last night.
A 24-year-old man was stabbed in the chest in a fight between two groups of people on Parsons Rd in Gympie about 11.55pm.
According to police, the two groups are well known to each other.
The young man was taken in a serious condition to Gympie Hospital where he remains in a serious condition.
A 17-year-old was also injured during the brawl and was taken to hospital in a stable condition with an injured shoulder.
No one has been arrested following the incident and investigations remain ongoing.
Just moments earlier, police allege a 41-year-old man and a man aged in his 50s met at a Bundaberg home where they allegedly began attacking each other.
Police allege the 41-year-old man used a knife to stab the other man in the chest.
He was taken to the Bundaberg Hospital in a serious condition where he remains.
The 41-year-old man has been charged with wounding and is due to face Bundaberg Magistrates Court.
