A streaker who attempted to interrupt last night’s State of Origin has been given notice to appear in court, only two weeks after pleading guilty to public nuisance charges.
The 21-year-old Toowong man, who post’s TikTok videos of himself dancing in the middle of Brisbane’s Queen Street Mall and busy roads told the Courier-Mail weeks ago he would “probably … behave more” before last night’s stunt.

The antic saw Mr Johnson Wen in his trademark pyjamas jump the barricade at Suncorp Stadium’s northern end early in the game and sprinted towards the middle of the field, at one point getting within metres of QLD Maroons Captain Daly Cherry-Evans.
Mr Wen then proceeded to “floss” on the field for several seconds before laying down and being apprehended by stadium security.
Taking to social media this morning, Johnson Wen posted a photo of himself being escorted from the field by security with the caption “Got in Trouble Tonight”.
A Queensland Police spokesman confirmed that Mr Wen has been given a notice to appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court, with no date currently set.
This follows Mr Wen pleading guilty to committing a public nuisance and unregulated high risk activity in Brisbane’s Magistrate’s Court two weeks ago after he climbed over the rail of the Museum and Cultural Centre footbridge at Southbank earlier this year.
“He proceeded to lower himself down and up again … he wasn’t wearing a harness,” Police Prosecutor Sgt Mark Hughes said about the incident.
This followed another incident earlier this year in which Mr. Wen walked into the middle of the road at the South Brisbane bus terminal, lying down and disrupting traffic – with a bus reportedly slowing down to avoid hitting him.

“I‘m probably going to behave more,” he said.
Mr Wen was fined $250, but may be staring down a larger fine for last night’s action.

They are yet to face court, but the maximum fine for the charge is $5000.
