Police have revoked an emergency situation declared earlier this morning at a shopping centre north of Brisbane.
The declaration was made after police spent up to seven hours negotiating with a man at the centre.
It included car parks at the shopping centre, and some surrounding streets.
Police have thanked community members for their co-operation.
The shopping centre remained open, despite closures to the surrounding streets.
A spokesman for the shopping centre this morning confirmed the centre was trading as normal.
In a post to their Facebook page, the shopping complex thanked customers for their patience.
“We are open,” the post said.
