Woman killed in Nanango rollover

A woman has been killed in a crash that occurred outside the police station in Nanango. She was driving the car when it rolled and died at the scene.

A woman has been killed in a crash in the South Burnett region this afternoon.

Paramedics arrived on scene at Henry Rd, Nanango, just after midday on Saturday, where they treated the woman for critical injuries.

The 72-year-old Glan Devon woman died at the scene.

There was a dog in the car at the time of the crash and survived.

It’s reported she was the sole occupant of the vehicle, with the crash occurring within metres of the Nanango Police Station.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
