Man, boy dead in horror smash at Edmonton
A man and a boy have been killed in a horrific crash in Far North Queensland overnight when two off-road bikes collided at an intersection.

A man and a boy have died in a horror two-vehicle crash in far north Queensland overnight.
Two off-road bikes were travelling in opposite directions on Mount Peter Road, Edmonton when they collided near the intersection with Mackillop Road at 10pm.
The red Honda, which was travelling north, was ridden by a 28-year-old man who died at the scene.
His 17-year-old male passenger was also declared dead at the scene.
A 21-year-old man who was riding the yellow Suzuki motorbike travelling south, was taken to Cairns Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the incident.
