Two men have been charged following a police chase that ended on the roof of a Brisbane house on Thursday.
Around 2.15pm police were called to Willawong where two men had forced their way into a house on Bowhill Road by smashing a window.
The pair then fled in a white Nissan Navara ute as police arrived after members of the public confronted the men.
One passing car was hit in the chase.
Police used a tyre deflation device in Roy Lane, Camira, where the two men were arrested after one climbed into a roof of a nearby residence.
An Acacia Ridge man, 37, was charged with more than 20 offences including evasion, stealing and unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
The second man, aged 18 from Ellen Grove, was charged with more than ten charges, including unlawful use of a motor vehicle, burglary, enter with intent and wilful damage
The pair were due to appear in Richlands Magistrates Court on Friday.
