Woman seriously injured following a crash in Ipswich
A woman has sustained significant chest and leg injuries in a serious two-vehicle crash on the Warrego Highway.

A vehicle has caught alight after a serious crash in Ipswich.
The crash occurred about 5.24pm when two vehicles collided on the Warrego Highway eastbound in Karalee.
It is believed a white Mazda CX9 caught alight after colliding with a large ute.
Police rushed to the scene using fire extinguishers to put out the flames.
The Warrego Highway is currently closed while a tow truck removes one of the vehicles from the scene.
Queensland Ambulance Services assessed one female patient in a serious condition with significant chest injuries and a leg injury.
A second patient, a male in his 50s was reported stable with an arm injury.
A police spokesman said the cause of the crash is under investigation.
