Three people have been extradited from Western Australia following extensive investigations into an alleged stabbing in Townsville.

Three people have been extradited from Western Australia following investigations into an alleged stabbing that occured in Townsville in July.
It will be alleged at approximately 12:30pm on July 30, a 24-year-old Kelso man was returning to his workplaces along Bayswater Road in Garbutt when he was approached by two people.
As a result of an altercation the man was stabbed in the torso/armpit and the pair then allegedly struck a 21-year-old Annandale man who came to the assistance.
The 24-year-old was taken to the Townsville University Hospital with a non-life-threatening injury while the 21-year-old sustained minor injuries.
Following extensive investigations by the Townsville Criminal Investigation Branch, the three offenders were located at a shopping centre in Riverton, Western Australia on September 11.
They appeared before the Perth Magistrates Court on the same day where their extradition applications were approved.
A 21-year-old Kelso woman has been charged with one count of wounding and assault occasioning bodily harm.
A 41-year-old Kelso man has been charged with one count of wounding, assault occasioning bodily harm and dangerous operation of a vehicle.
A 20-year-old man is expected to be charged with assault occasioning bodily harm on arrival in Brisbane.
The three are expected to appear at Brisbane Magistrates Court on Monday September 16.
