A 14-year-old girl has been charged, one youth is in hospital and a third is still on the run after an allegedly stolen car was involved in a crash north of Brisbane early on Wednesday morning.

A 14-year-old girl has been charged, one youth is in hospital and a third is still on the run after an allegedly stolen car was involved in a crash north of Brisbane early on Wednesday morning.
Initial information indicates a Ford Falcon carrying three people, which was allegedly stolen from an address on Knight St, Redcliffe, collided with a tree on Maree Street, Strathpine, about 2.15am, January 8.
Two teenagers were located close to the scene and taken to the Queensland Children’s Hospital, one with minor head injuries and the other with minor leg injuries.
A 14-year-old Redcliffe girl has been charged with unlawful use of a motor vehicle and is due before Pine Rivers Children’s Court on January 20.
The third occupant of the vehicle remains on the run.
Investigations are continuing.
