Three men arrested after serious assault at Surfers Paradise
Three men have been charged over an alleged serious assault at Surfers Paradise that left another man in hospital with serious injuries.

Three NSW men have been charged in relation to an alleged serious assault on the Gold Coast early this morning.
Police say the incident occurred about 2am on Surfers Paradise Boulevard near Cavill Ave.
The alleged brawl was between a 26-year-old New South Wales man and a man known to him.
The man allegedly walked away before returning with a group, who then repeatedly assaulted the 26-year-old man, who was taken to Gold Coast University Hospital with serious injuries.
Three men were taken into custody when they were located nearby.
A 22-year-old Laurieton man was charged with one count of assault occasioning bodily harm in company.
A 20-year-old Kendall man and a 19-year-old Port Macquarie man were both charged with one count of assault occasioning bodily harm in company and two counts of possessing dangerous drugs.
All three men are expected to appear before Southport Magistrates Court on June 3.
