Sunshine Coast man charged with child grooming, drugging teen girl
Specialist police have charged a southeast Queensland man with more than 30 offences relating to the alleged grooming of an underage teenage girl, blackmailing her and supplying her with drugs.

Police have arrested a man after he allegedly groomed a teenage girl, blackmailing and supplying drugs to her on over a dozen occasions.
Sunshine Coast detectives allege the 44-year-old communicated regularly with the 14-year-old via social media for the past two months.
Police allege the man met with the girl in Caloundra and on 15 occasions, supplied her with a drug variant of crystal meth.
He would allegedly blackmail the teen if she was unable to pay for the drugs.
Detectives from the Caloundra Child Protection and Investigation Unit arrested and charged the Little Mountain man on Tuesday, after police set up an operation, with the man believing he would meet with the girl’s parent at Dicky Beach.
Instead, officers swooped in and took the man into custody.
He has been charged with 15 counts of supply drugs to a minor under 16, 14 counts of using internet to procure a child under 16, two counts of possessing dangerous drugs, and one count each of groom child under 16, fail to properly dispose of needle, possess anything use in the commission of crime, contravene direction and driving unlicensed.
He is due to appear in Maroochydore Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
