A man and woman charged with attempted murder after a shooting in Maryborough have had their charges mentioned in court.
Nicole Susan Nicholson and Richard William Kraudelt had their charges mentioned before Maryborough Magistrates Court last week.
Ms Nicolson, along with co-accused Richard Kraudelt, were charged with attempted murder after being arrested by police on Sunday, August 21, 2022.
Bailey denies any delays in $336m Bruce Hwy Bypass
Police will allege an altercation occurred between Mr Kraudelt, Ms Nicholson and shooting victim Joseph Ward near Walker Street about 9.30pm on August 18, 2022, during which Mr Ward was shot in the chest.
He was rushed to Hervey Bay Hospital then flown to Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane where he later recovered.
Both matters were adjourned for mention on February 2, 2023.
