A woman accused of murdering her baby on the outskirts of Brisbane has refused to enter a plea.
Parents Reinhardt Albert Bosch and Noemi Kondacs are both charged with the murder of their seven-month-old son Rhuan who died at their home at Yugar in November 2022.
At his arraignment on Thursday Bosch pleaded not guilty to one count each of murder and torture – both domestic violence offences – relating to Rhuan.
Kondacs, who is self-represented, was arraigned on one count each of murder and failing to supply Rhuan the necessaries of life.
“I choose not to enter a plea,” she told Brisbane’s Supreme Court.
Justice Peter Callaghan entered pleas of not guilty on her behalf to both counts.
A trial was listed for September.
Both defendants, who did not look at each other through the proceeding, remain in custody.
